Mabelle Blues Band will represent Portugal in the next European Blues Challenge, taking place in April 2025.

The incredible Blues Week in Arroios will have its second edition at BOTA with blues bands from all over the country and the support of the BB Blues Portugal Association. Mabelle Blues Band will close the first day of the event. This band was the winner of the Blues Challenge Portugal and will represent the country in the European Blues Challenge that will take place in Croatia in April.

Mabelle Blues Band has been officially selected to represent Portugal at the European Blues Challenge 2025 in Croatia! This incredible honor comes hot on the heels of the release of our debut album, “This Is”—a work that embodies our unique style and deep passion for the Blues. Fronted by the powerhouse vocalist Elsa Frias and the brilliant guitarist and composer Vasco Finuras, we couldn’t be more thrilled to share this journey with you.
